improving physical condition and tactical skills.

Nowadays, more and more smart technical devices are used to collect data from professionals who make strenuous physical efforts. These can be athletes, for example, but also soldiers in the field. We develop integrated sensors for measuring the heart rate of athletes and soldiers and track their movements. They can help officers monitor, and ultimately improve, the physical condition and tactical maneuvers of their soldiers.

real-time monitoring.

Monitoring all movements of athletes during training and competition can help improve their physical performance based on the collected data. We have been developing systems for this for years and now also see opportunities for military applications. Think of monitoring soldiers who make physical efforts on a mission or in training, but also of following their tactical maneuvers.
Our first development concerned a GPS tracker that recorded a person’s position in the field; the data was stored, and read out and analyzed afterwards. Our latest generation sensor integrates the GPS tracker with a heart-rate sensor and provides the ability to monitor an individual live. The data is transmitted in real-time via a Bluetooth 5 connection, which has a range of 400 meters. Tests have shown that smartphones in the vicinity, for example those of bystanders, do not cause any interference.

reliable hardware, accessible software.

We provide a complete monitoring solution with hardware and software. Of course, we use high-end components and employ reliable production technology for the hardware, but we mainly distinguish ourselves with the accessible software. We have developed this for users who are not trained in physiology, human movement sciences and data analysis. Our software enables superiors and supervisors to easily interpret the performance data of their military personnel. Based on this, they can safeguard the health of individual soldiers and intervene if necessary, or draw up tailor-made training programs.

we help teams in sports and defense.

Our monitoring solution can map the physical load and capacity of team members. This helps teams, be it in sports or defense, to optimize their training planning. In the future, we want to expand the functionality even further, for example by combining sensor data with camera images. This offers new possibilities, such as for tactical analysis.
